SoileSoft is a software studio based in Greece working with clients in Greece and internationally. We build custom web and mobile applications and AI solutions for organisations and businesses that need software to work, be maintained and be accounted for.
What we do
We design, build and operate software for public bodies, cultural institutions, universities and companies. Our work ranges from a national learning platform on gov.gr to digital exhibitions for the Onassis Foundation and a platform family used by museums and galleries across Greece. One team is responsible for the whole solution, from the first specification to day-to-day operation.
How we work with public organisations
We are used to the requirements of public procurement and funded programmes: written specifications, phased deliverables, acceptance procedures, documentation and handover. We provide the technical documentation those programmes require and we deliver source code and infrastructure definitions so that the organisation is never locked in.

Founder and lead engineer
Panagiotis has designed, built and operated platforms for Greek public bodies, museums and universities since 2015, from a national learning platform on gov.gr to digital exhibitions for the Onassis Foundation. He writes the specification, leads the engineering and remains the single point of accountability for every project.

SoileSoft is deliberately small. Every project is specified, built and supported by the same engineer, with specialist collaborators brought in for design, content and infrastructure when a project needs them. Clients get direct access to the person responsible, decisions in hours rather than weeks, and a system that is documented well enough to outlive the engagement.
