Web application development

Portals, learning platforms, back-office systems and public-facing services, built around the way your organisation actually works.

What a custom web application gives you

Off-the-shelf software forces your processes to fit the tool. A custom web application fits the tool to your processes: the roles your staff actually have, the data you already hold, the approvals your procedures require and the reports your management reads. We design the data model and the workflows with you first, then build only what is needed.

Who this is for

Public bodies that need a citizen-facing or staff-facing service with secure sign-on. Universities and research projects that need a platform for participants and data. Museums and foundations that need to publish and manage content. Companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and need an operational system with access control and an audit trail.

How we build it

Every project starts with a written specification and approved interface designs. Development happens in short iterations with a demo at the end of each. The application is containerised from day one, deployed through CI/CD to staging and production, and monitored. You receive the source code, the infrastructure definitions and the documentation needed to operate or extend the system without us.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom web application take?

A focused platform with a few user roles typically takes three to five months from specification to production. Larger systems are delivered in phases so that the first useful version is live early.

Can you integrate with gov.gr or our institution's single sign-on?

Yes. We have integrated gov.gr authentication for a national public platform and work routinely with SAML, OpenID Connect and institutional identity providers.

Who owns the code?

You do. All source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are handed over at the end of the project.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We offer maintenance and support agreements that cover monitoring, security updates, backups and small improvements.
