The brief
The National Academy of Digital Skills needed a public platform where any citizen could sign in with their gov.gr credentials, assess their digital skills and follow learning content, at national scale and under public-sector security requirements.
What we built
We built the My Academy platform: a learning environment with self-assessment tools, personal progress and content management for the academy's staff. Authentication is integrated with gov.gr so that citizens use the identity they already have. Recommendations of courses are driven by AI from each citizen's self-assessment results, and the assessment question bank is extended with AI-assisted question generation that the academy's staff review before publication. The platform is containerised, deployed through an automated pipeline and monitored.
Outcome
A national, public-facing platform under the gov.gr umbrella, live and in use by citizens assessing and improving their digital skills.
