The brief
A contractor delivering part of the national Ultra-Fast Broadband roll-out needed one system for work that was being tracked across spreadsheets, messaging apps and paper: which crews are where, which work orders are open, what has been completed and documented, and what the client needs to see in progress reports.
What we built
We built an internal web platform with role-based access for office staff, supervisors and field crews. Work orders are planned on a map, assigned to crews and tracked through completion with photos and documents attached from the field. Dashboards and exports give management and the client the progress reporting they need, and integrations keep the platform in step with the systems the contractor already uses.
