The brief
Poliservice installs and maintains photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, gas and HVAC installations. Jobs, stock, technicians and customer history lived in separate spreadsheets and tools, so scheduling a technician meant checking several places and customer history was hard to find when a service call came in.
What we built
We built a custom ERP around the company's own process: inventory and logistics for equipment and consumables, job scheduling per technician with the day's route and materials, customer records with every installation and service visit, quotes and service contracts, and reporting for management. Office staff and technicians use the same system, from the office and from the field.
Outcome
